1950's

1960's

1961: Started production of anti - freezing insulation for water pipes made from soft urethane "Foam Edge".
1966: Established Housing and Construction Materials Division
1969: Started production of rigid urethane insulation "Pipe Guard ™"

1970's

1971: Started production of polyethylene insulation "light cover ™"
1973: Started production of "Light Tube ™": Polyethylene insulation by extrusion.
1975: Started production of "IPO TUBE": Copper pipe with insulation by extrusion.

1980's

1980: Founded new company "INOUE MTP CO., LTD." by merger of " MTP KASEI CO., LTD. "and INOUE RUBBER CO., LTD.
1984: Started production of copper pipe for air-conditioner "IPO TUBE A type"
1988: Started production of a PEX pipe "AIPOLY XL"
1989: Started production of covered copper pipe for air conditioner "IPO TUBE ASK"
Launched the flare electric tool for air conditioning "Flare man"

1990's

1990: Changed company name to INOAC CORPORATION.
1991: Started production of outdoor cosmetic case for air conditioning "Clean duct"
1992: Started production of under floor heating system.
Developed "Onsen pipe" made from crosslinked polyethylene with insulation.
1999: Started production of PEX pipe "OYU-POLY Tube®" for in - house water supply.

2000's

2000: Acquired ISO 9001 certification
2001: Acquired ISO 14001 certification
2004: Started production of "U-Poly pipe" for geothermal heat exchange system.
2007: Launched multi-layer aluminum tubes for heat pumps.
2008: Changed company name to"INOAC Housing & Construction Materials Co., Ltd."
Launched leak-free "Correct Flare Nut" for air-conditioners.
Launched insulation welding tool "Mr. Heat Bond"
2009: Launched one-touch fitting for multi-layer aluminum pipes.
Launched flare less fittings for aluminum pipes "Conic Joint"

2010's

2010: Launched raised access floor "NeoFOSPA®"
2012: Started production of high density polyethylene double layer pipe "AIPOLY BROADPIPE series"
2013: Merged with INOAC TOKUZAI Co., Ltd.
2015: Opened the Ibigawa plant.
2016: Geothermal spiral heat exchanger received an award of Commendation for Global Warming Prevention Activity by Minister of the Environment
2017: Started production of double-layer cross-linked polyethylene pipe with excellent　weatherability “OYU-POLY Tube UP”
Started production of thermal insulation material for piping “Premium Series”:
“Pipe Guard Premium”, “Light Cover Premium”, “Repair Cover”
2018: Started production of "OYU POLY Smart Tube" with less curling and improvement of workability
Started production of free access floor “NP-75A, NP-95A”
2019: Established "ICMI(INOAC Construction Materials Indonesia)" split from Indonesia (IPI)
Started production of "Drain Hose LIGHT II" for drain-up piping of packaged air conditioners.

2020's

2020: Launched high-performance insulation materials for clean rooms "T-FIT Clean" and "T-FIT Hygiene"
Developed "Oval-Shaped U POLY Pipe" as the accomplishment of commissioned work by New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO)
Launched resin heat exchanger "G-HEX
2021: Opened hands-on showroom "INOAC HOME" (Anjo, Aichi Pref.)
Started production of high-performance rigid urethane foam insulation material "Pipe Guard AG"
Started production of "Impact Lock" fittings for O2 blocks
Launched thermal insulation material for piping (polyethylene foam)"Light Cover White Type"
Launched insulation cover for joint "Light Joint HC
