In recent years, the pace of change in the business environment has accelerated more than ever before. Japan's industrial structure is undergoing significant transformation—not only in terms of markets and customers, but also within our industry, partner companies, and suppliers.

Around the world, we are seeing major changes that were hard to imagine before. These changes are having a strong effect on global business.
It's anticipated that, amid the profound waves of change, driving a company will become increasingly difficult.

We, INOAC Housing & Construction Materials Co., LTD., provide a wide range of materials that contribute not only to environmental protection, safety, and disaster prevention in the housing, construction materials, and infrastructure sectors, but also meet the demands of the times such as recycling, energy conservation, and sustainability. Furthermore, we offer comprehensive support from design and planning to construction and post-installation performance verification, ensuring a truly complete supply system.

The goal of cutting CO² emissions in half and building a carbon-neutral society has a deadline coming up in 2050. Besides this global goal to fight climate change, we are also facing more natural disasters, aging infrastructure, and other problems. These are areas where we can make a real difference, and the opportunities to help are growing right in front of us.

Now is the time to proactively respond to the demands of Japan and the world.  With this determination, we have adopted the slogan for the next three years: “Meet your Expectations – Meet the Expectations of All Stakeholders.” We aim to operate as a company that consistently delivers satisfaction to stakeholders, and we are committed to pursuing such corporate management.
