The Ibigawa Plant of INOAC Jyukankyo applied to the Gifu Labor Bureau of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare for the "New Happiness Workplace Creation Declaration," and on June 23, 2020, a ceremony was held to present the declaration.

The purpose of this declaration is to encourage employers and workers to work together to promote reforms in the way they work and to create a vibrant workplace.
