INOAC Housing & Construction Materials' Ibigawa Plant is registered as a supporting company of "Hatarakitai! Oendan Gifu", a local initiative that promotes the social participation of people with disabilities. Through this program, the plant actively engages in a variety of community contribution activities.

Continuing the initiative from last year, on September 17, the plant welcomed 10 first-year students and five teachers from a local special needs school for a factory tour.

Following the tour, a question-and-answer session was held, during which the students asked approximately 20 questions. The session provided an excellent opportunity for lively and friendly exchanges of ideas between the students and our young employees.

INOAC Housing & Construction Materials will continue to support the social participation of people with disabilities in the local community through activities such as accepting students for workplace training programs and other hands-on learning opportunities.
