On February 17, we participated in the agreement ceremony for the long-term internship program at Gifu Prefectural Ibi High School, a local high school in the community.

Known as the Dual Internship Program, this initiative is a collaborative effort between schools and businesses that enables students to experience both learning while working and working while learning. The program aims to help students develop the skills and mindset needed to become future professionals through practical workplace experience.

Beginning in April, the student participant will take part in a total of 20 internship days throughout the year.

As the internship gets underway, we would like to offer words of encouragement to Mr. M, the student participant:

"We wish you a successful and rewarding year ahead. Stay positive, stay energetic, and do your best!"
